Course content
Full practical demonstration and guidance throughout the day, the full routine would take about 45 minutes from start to finish, you learn to warm the face, do the tsubo accupressure massage, work the muscles more thoroughly, massage neck and shoulders.

Data Protection, History and uses of Tsubo / acupressure points
Anatomy and Physiology relating to the course you are studying
