Prices can be altered at anytime.

We are not responsible for any emails that you do not read on time which relate to your course, changes or cancellations. This will not impact on your home study training and work will be assessed and returned with feedback within the allocated time above.

All our venues have a no smoking policy on site and within the grounds.

Home Study Bookings

Home study diplomas are to be conducted in your own time and each course has a maximum length of study.

Anatomy & Physiology – 12 months

Crystal and Colour Therapy – 12 months

Aromatherapy full course, and reflexology full course – 24 months

Aromatherapy and reflexology both without A&P – 12 months.

The start date is taken from the initial payment date. Any students wishing to terminate their training will do so at their choice, no refund will be given and re starting a course will result in the fee being paid again.

All home study diplomas are subject to a non refundable and non exchangeable policy. It is not the responsibility of your tutor to contact you with regards to your home study work, we will not remind you of the time allocation left and once this time is up your contract with Inspire will be terminated. In the event of your course ending prior to unit completion then a £20 charge per outstanding unit can be made to extend your study time. All units outstanding to be paid for upfront and a time limit of two units per month allocated. This decision to extend your studies must be made within two weeks of your course time ending.

When you book on a distance learning diploma with a practical element you would naturally go to your nearest centre. Please be aware that our tutors are freelance and may not be working with Inspire at the time you need to do your practical element, you will then need to travel to again your nearest location which maybe a little further.

All courses are non refundable and non exchangeable. If you book on multiple home study courses the date for completion will be at the same time. For example if you book colour and crystal therapy you will have 12 months to complete. If you book colour therapy and aromatherapy with A&P, you have 12 months to complete the colour therapy and 24 months in total to do the aromatherapy.

If you plan to do voluntary work with our diplomas please check with your organisation that it is what they need for their insurance purposes. We cannot be held responsible for anyone who doesnt research their training needs thoroughly enough.

** Plagiarism ** Inspire Therapy Training will not pass nor certify work which is not the students own. Procedures are in place and we will not accept work copied off the internet. Any student that does this will not receive the next units until work is sent in their own words. We have the right to withhold certification and use verbal questions via telephone should we suspect this to be the case.

Please note: You will be sent unit one and unit two first of all. Please send in your completed unit 1 as soon as it is complete. You then have unit two to be working on. When we send you unit 1 feedback we will attach unit 3. This will continue as long as the time allowed permits. We will stop sending work once the allocated time is up. You are purchasing a tutor led diploma with guidance and support via email. You are not purchasing individual units in your chosen subject, nor will you receive the outstanding units once your time is lapsed. If you require additional time to complete this diploma then this can be negotiated in line with the terms and conditions.

Section 2: Cancelling

1. All courses must be booked in advance and paid at the time of booking in full. All funds paid are non refundable and non exchangeable. Some venues will accept a deposit. Where the venue allows you maybe able to pay a deposit, this fee will be stated on the bookings page. Please note that ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE. All funds paid are non refundable and non exchangeable under any circumstances

All PAYMENTS are strictly non refundable and non transferable. If you cannot attend a training day then you must give us advance notification of 72 hours.

Where at least and more than 72 hours notice is given :- In cases such as this you will not receive a refund, however you will be offered the option to reschedule your training. In this instance a £30 administration fee is charged PER DAYS TRAINING CANCELLED & RESCHEDULED (this is £30 for each calendar date cancelled regardless of the amount of hours planned for that date)

Where less than 72 hours notice is given:- Please note that you will lose your course fee and training days if you do not give 72 hours notice. You will appreciate that late notification will leave our tutor with vacant diary dates that cannot be immediately filled.

In exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the course tutor, certain late cancellation notices will not result in the loss of course fees. Examples of such circumstances include medical reasons but we insist that a doctor’s letter is presented to us before we reserve a future training date. In any event, an administration fee of £30 will be charged for each cancelled and rescheduled training days.

Note: We regret that the above discretionary exceptional circumstances can only be applied once. If subsequent planned course dates are again cancelled we reserve the right to retain all monies paid regardless of the amount of prior notice given.

If the above is applied and you are working on a reflexology or aromatherapy course and your practical day or assessment is cancelled by you then you will have to pay £80 per day to have your practical training date, and £40 for your half day assessment directly to your tutor beffore they issue a replacement date and this will be subject to the same terms and conditions of cancelling as above.

Upon cancellation and rescheduling of any course and you are given another opportunity to attend you have one month in order to complete this course of study or else the fee is lost.

Once you have received your home study units and you decide to terminate your training you are not entitled to a refund.

If a tutor cancels for any reason, illness, bereavement etc they will notify you as soon as they are aware of the need to cancel. They will reschedule your training as soon as possible to accommodate your requirements and theirs.
